A fixed monthly price without surprise invoices. Plans start at CHF 249/month and are tiered by document volume. We find the right plan for you on a free intro call.
Do I have to switch my current system? +
No. By default we keep your books on our own Odoo-based system. If you wish, we post directly on your existing platform (Odoo, Bexio, Sage, Banana, Klara or QuickBooks), with no migration and no data loss.
What's included in the fixed price? +
Everything in your chosen package, including annual financial statements. The tax return is available as a module: CHF 35.–/month for an AG or GmbH, included in Business+; CHF 20.–/month for sole proprietorships and general partnerships, where we prepare the business part of your personal tax return. Payroll is also available as a module: CHF 40.–/month per employee. Anything else outside your package is quoted upfront and transparently. No hidden time tracking.
Is my data safe, and does it stay in Switzerland? +
Your accounting data lives on Swiss servers, and the AI model runs in a Swiss data centre: It is never trained on your data and does not store your questions. Your books run on their own separate database, and access is through a secure login with an extra confirmation step (multi-factor authentication). Documents are archived revDSG and GeBüV compliant for at least ten years. We process client data exclusively in Switzerland or in countries with an equivalent level of data protection (EU/EEA).
How quickly can I get started? +
After your intro call, we set up your portal and handle onboarding for you. You don't install or configure anything. Most clients are fully running within two weeks.
What if I want to leave? +
You can cancel with one month's notice to the end of a calendar month, no reasons needed. You get your accounting data back in standard formats.
